SPORTIVENT was born from a simple but important idea: finding running events in Germany should be modern, intuitive, and straightforward. Instead of searching through countless websites, outdated event calendars, and confusing lists, there should be one central place where runners can quickly discover the right events.
The story of SPORTIVENT began in 2024. During the second half of my apprenticeship as an IT specialist in application development, the decision was made to build a project that combines technical expertise with personal passion. As an enthusiastic runner, it quickly became clear which problem needed solving.
What started as a learning project and personal challenge gradually evolved into an independent platform. Through dedication, continuous development, and a strong focus on usability, SPORTIVENT became a modern platform for running events in Germany.
The Mission
SPORTIVENT aims to make finding the next race as simple as possible. The platform is designed to help runners discover new challenges, set personal goals, and plan their racing season effectively.
Whether it's a first 5K, a half marathon, or a full marathon, SPORTIVENT supports runners at every stage of their journey.
